Bright chestnut yearling colt , foaled May 14, 2007

Tango is bred to be a halter and performance horse and is a very classic looking Canadian. He has an attractive slightly dished head, thick wavy mane and tail, excellent hard hooves, good straight legs, a short back, long powerful hindquarters and a good mind. Should mature 15-15.1 hh. |

Tango's sire has shown successfully in dressage and jumping, including side-saddle, and his dam, Julienne, won many Show Championships at halter in breed and open competitions, as well as ribbons under saddle until an injury put an early end to her show career.
Tango will follow easily in his parents' footsteps. He did very well for his first time showing this year - winning and placing in halter, showmanship and lead-line trail. He loads and trailers easily and adapts readily to new situations and experiences. Tango is worked with professionally each week in hand, walking, standing and is starting very light round pen and ground driving preparation.

He has daddy's gorgeous head and large soft eyes and inherits his powerful fancy movement from both parents. Barbie has produced many excellent show and working horses, including "Bruce" who lives and works at Colonial Williamsburg, and the stallion "Gandalf" who stands at B & B Canadians in northern BC. At this time, we are retaining Ucleulet's sister, Tsulia, also by Kelbeck, for future showing and as a breeding mare.
Ucleulet is playful, fearless, and challenging, but loves attention. If you're looking for a charismatic show prospect, this is the one. Should mature 15.2 -16 hh.
